Javanese Fried Rice


 For 4 Servings
 
 Fried rice is a typical food of Indonesia. Many variations that can be made, can be mixed with seafood, chicken, or just an omelette. Fried rice usually served as breakfast. This time we will be sharing about how to make fried rice, in particular, Javanese Fried Rice.
 
Ingredient:
  • 4 servings of rice
  • 100g chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 100g prawns
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tbsp of cooking oil
 

Seasonings:
  • 5 grains of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 items pecans (toasted)
  • 3 pieces of red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp shrimp paste (add if you like)
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
Complementary:
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 egg omelet
  • 4 pieces of crackers
  • fried onions as a topping
How to Cook:
  • Puree all ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant
  • Enter a chicken and shrimp, wait until cooked
  • then enter the rice, stirring until cooked
  • add soy sauce and salt
  • serve on a plate and serve with a complementary
