"Lontong Balap"

Ingredients:
  • 150 grams of bean sprouts
  • 500 grams Lontong, sliced
  • 500 grams of fried tofu, sliced
Ingredients of lento:

  • 1 lime leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 pcs chili sauce
  • 1 slice galingale
  • 2 tablespoons egg whites

Seasoning sauce mashed :

  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cloves of garlic
Ingredients sauce :
  • 250 grams of meat
  • water to boil meat
  • 1 liter of water boiling broth of meat
  • 2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
  • 3 tablespoons sliced ​​onions

How to Make
  • Sauce : Boil in water until cooked meat for the broth, take 1 liter for the sauce and set aside, meat that has been cooked cut into small pieces, set aside.
